Anchor Point Technology Resources is looking for a hungry and driven individual, who has top-notch communication skills and a competitive spirit to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. Our team services IT and Engineering clients to find the right candidates for their open positions.

Candidate needs to possess a high sense of urgency and accountability in a fairly autonomous, very fast paced environment. Desirable candidates will be able to easily build rapport with high technology candidates through Phone, Email and In-Person communications. A competitive streak and a comfort level working in a commisioned producer's role are needed to be successful.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment process including source, identify, screen, and present qualified candidates then foster them through the interview and offer process.
- Develop candidate pipeline through cold calling, warm-calling and referrals
- Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager, understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Screen resumes and applications to verify if position requirements are met
- Conduct phone and in-person candidate screens to assess competence against the technical job description and assessing soft skills
- Identify sourcing opportunities and unique avenues to uncover potential candidates
- Build and foster long-term relationships with the candidates
Ideal Candidate:
- Go-getter mentality
- Technical Recruiting experience preferred.
- Candidates with 1+ year of professional Sales (Inside or Outside), Account Management or Analyst experience will be considered.
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.
